Please note that rates are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) plus taxes. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Transactions will be made through the Openpay gateway.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. You can arrive early and enjoy the property while we deliver your room at that time. Check-out time is 1:00 PM. If available, you can request a late check-out option with our host at the hotel.

Your reservation will be processed, and a 50% charge will be applied to your credit card as a security deposit, subject to seasonal, promotional, or room type policies, as applicable. For one-night reservations, the charge will be 100% of the total cost.

Cancellation Policy: Due to low capacity and high demand at our hotels, all our rates are non-refundable, so cancellations or date changes are not permitted. Any cancellation will result in a 100% penalty for the stay.

If you do not show up at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the package you booked as a penalty. In this case, changing the date is not possible.
