Casa Rodavento is an adults-only hotel.

Please note that our rates are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) plus taxes.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Transactions will be processed through the Openpay payment gateway.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. You are welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy the hotel while we prepare your room. Check-out time is 1:00 PM. If available, you can request a late check-out from our host at the hotel.

Your reservation will be processed, and a 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card, subject to the policies of the season, promotion, or room type, as applicable. For one-night reservations, the charge will be 100% of the total cost.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the low capacity and high demand of our hotels, all our rates are non-refundable and therefore do not allow cancellations or date changes. Any cancellation will incur a penalty of 100% of the stay.

If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, it will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the package price as a penalty. In this case, there is no option to change the date.
