Please note:

• Rates are listed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) plus taxes.
• For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All transactions are processed securely through the Openpay gateway.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM. Guests are welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy the property while their suite is being prepared.
• Check-out: 1:00 PM. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Reservation & Deposit

• A 50% deposit of the total stay will be charged to your credit card to confirm the reservation, subject to seasonal, promotional, or room-type policies.
• For one-night reservations, a 100% deposit will be required.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the boutique nature of our hotel, with limited capacity and high demand, all rates are non-refundable. Cancellations or date changes are not permitted.

• Any cancellation will result in a 100% penalty for the stay.
• Failure to arrive on the scheduled date will be considered a no-show, and the full package booked will be charged as a penalty. In such cases, rescheduling is not possible.
