At Casa Rodavento, the former home of the brand's founders, the restaurant led by Chef Alberto Colín pays homage to Mexican cuisine with local ingredients from Valle de Bravo and the surrounding area. This foundation is complemented by subtle Asian touches, the fruit of the owners' travels around the world, especially in Asia, where they discovered flavors that are now harmoniously and creatively integrated into each dish.
